When you create an account and use AtlasHQ, we collect:
We do not collect payment information. There is no payment processing during the beta period.
AtlasHQ integrates with Google Drive. When you connect your Google account, AtlasHQ requests access only to files and folders created inside AtlasHQ's designated Drive folder.
We do not read, store, index, or process the content of your files. Files you access via the Drive browser inside AtlasHQ appear as references only — name, file type, and thumbnail. The actual file content always remains in your Google Drive and is never transmitted to AtlasHQ servers.
AtlasHQ's use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Files you upload directly to AtlasHQ (e.g., attachments in chat) are stored in a sandboxed storage bucket scoped to your team. No other team can access them. AtlasHQ does not read or process the content of uploaded files.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. We do not serve advertisements. Your data is used solely to operate and improve AtlasHQ.
AtlasHQ uses Convex (convex.dev) as its backend infrastructure. Your data is stored on Convex's servers. See Convex's privacy policy at convex.dev for details on their data handling.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you want your data deleted, email harshpatel290703@gmail.com and we will delete it within 14 days.
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
