Acceptance

By accessing or using AtlasHQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. AtlasHQ is operated by Harsh Patel (individual), Ahmedabad, India.

Beta status

AtlasHQ is currently in beta. The service is provided as-is without any guarantees of uptime, feature completeness, or data durability. Features may change, be removed, or behave unexpectedly during the beta period. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.

Permitted use

AtlasHQ is for team collaboration use only. You may not:

  • Resell, white-label, or sublicense AtlasHQ to third parties
  • Use AtlasHQ to store or distribute illegal content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the service
  • Use automated scripts to abuse or overload the service

Data ownership

You own all content you create and upload to AtlasHQ. By using AtlasHQ, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely to provide the service to your team. We do not claim any rights to your content beyond what is necessary to operate AtlasHQ.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to AtlasHQ at any time if we determine you have violated these terms or are abusing the service. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting harshpatel290703@gmail.com.

Limitation of liability

AtlasHQ is provided during beta at no charge. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Harsh Patel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of AtlasHQ, including but not limited to data loss or service interruptions. This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
